I just thought it was cool-looking dead bird or something, never heard of "Robot Chicken" before this ???

Updated version has been posted @ MSDN which eliminating the strafe jump exploit to get into the wind turbine (you might still be able to do it, but you'll have to work at it), and the cliff walls are blocked to prevent the bypass exploit. Some other minor fixes.

Thanks for the compliments and feedback.

They're from the Bible, the book of death. 23:4 is actually quoted in the readme (the "valley of the shadow of death" thing).

Aah, OK. Interesting...

What? You don't think Duke is our savior, at least in the game world?

It's a (brillant) Robot Chicken easter egg

shhh...copyright infringement....it's a clockwork chicken or a robot rooster, that's why the mechanical eye is on the left side of its head instead of the right.

Played the map. Gameplay was particularly frustrating and design suffered from some beginner flaws, but level shines in it´s great spritework, some neat effects and new structural ideas. I especially liked the bridge, it looked great and Battlelord rising from green ooze was fresh new, great idea. I can´t wait to play your next map.

Do you mind being more specific about what you didn't like, found frustrating, and the flaws that weren't already discussed? It's only my second map so I'd like to know to avoid them in the future.

The version that was uploaded to MSDN and here were corrupted (either during the last save or during the zipping process). I made some hasty fixes and sent in a version that was at least playable. Today I finally had time to sit down and fix everything I could find.

I know most everybody who was going to bother to play this already has, but at least you can have a fixed version if you decide to give it a second go around.

I'm fixing 3:16, I plan on a third map to complete the series, and am contemplating releasing all three as a mini-episode.
So if something is broke or needs adjusting feel free to post it.

I have an idea on how to get the barrels away from the wall, but I'll be sure to look at what you did first. I already know I'll most likely end up combining our ideas into the final solution.
