We ask that all reproducible crashes and corruption have proper bugs filed here: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=1...amp;atid=706724 with screenshots and logs as appropriate.

Things will of course smooth out performance-wise over time, Plagman has some more ideas he's got written down for when he has time to work on this some more. This is really more of a "well, we're not completely there yet, but things aren't moving along at the moment and we're tired of sitting on it so why don't you play with what we've got" sort of release.

Hopefully it'll build up some more interest in the project and we can pick up another developer or two sometime soon!

I downloaded it, but I'm hesitant to install it.

It won't fuck up your computer or anything, it's fairly stable.

It's still buggy, and my video card is at the bottom end of being able to run it. It probably isn't worth it until I upgrade.

Well there is only one way you will find out if it works, if it doesn't it will look just like Polymost with out lights and no shadows. But you do have a better view aspect.

Installed. The only way I can get it to work with everything maxed is to activate on disc texture caching and lower my resolution to 640 x 480. Even then it can get a little choppy if there's alot going on.

The only real bug I've seen so far is the parallaxing one. It messes my map up pretty bad.

Wow, great news.
But it seems that quite a few of us must upgrade some hardware.
My good ol' Radeon card is ready for the recycle bin.
Can't you see I'm easily bothered by persistence
One step from lashing out at you...
You want in to get under my skin
And call yourself a friend
I've got more friends like you
What do I do?

200+ megabytes this no way good; gonna look with my hungry eyes on delicious screenshots :)
being not scared of death is not enough. Being also not interested in it is much more higher.
Check for interesting stuff (no shitty posts about how i went to shop etc.)

The HRP has been 200+ megabytes for a long time now.  That's nothing new.
