No, it's not released yet if that's what you thought  ;)

Maybe Valve choose to pull together a hole new era in the HL universe and drop the Episode 1,2,3 thing and go for Half-Life 3 instead?
Nobody knows.

But jcool190 over at Steam forums has started a nice little topic with all available info about the Episode 3 stacked together in one thread!

I have full confidence that Half life 3 (has been too much time to name it hl2 ep 3) will hit a new milestone in games industry. Just as its predecessors did. It will introduce a new interaction system or something like that, i want to be surprised what is it.

The only problem i see is that their 3d engine is getting dated. Every year this gets more and more noticeable.

Yeah, that's my two cents too.

I think Valve is creating a completely new engine for HL 3  ;)
