I thank him and all the other mappers for providing me with the opportunity to further enjoy Duke.
Then, why you despise his works? these criticism are 0 constructive. Personally when i dont like a map, i only mention those things that shine.
If I have the balls to come into your house and say I don't like it, I'm going to tell you why.

Played 00duke circa 11 July 1999 by The Codemasta. A James Bond infiltrate and destroy the warehouse type single map TC. Bland graphics. The assault troopers were replaced with a stormtrooper looking human guard which made  the pigcops seem out of place. Ammo was kind of tight but there was enough to get the job done and there was enough health to keep you alive. Okay sized map that was fairly easy to finish. I give it a 4 out of 10.

Well, but somehow you are hurting feelings of people that efforts to creating something, that is easier than try to find the good stuff of something.

Played 0hour circa 31 August 1997 by Andrew Cameron. Nice map. Canyon/cave mix type map of medium size. Looks nice. Hard. Damn hard, but fun. Good flow, just enough health to keep you alive and stacked with enemy. Starts out real weak with weapons and ammo but picks it up just when you need it. I give it a 7 out of 10.

Please stop this. If you got hurt then you have to think about it, not just complain "oh my god he did hurt my fillings, better i never build again :'(".
BUT.
Forge, look, It is not acceptable that you may say or imply "I like that, and this sucks" - that is what does hurt feelings of people.(You didnt said that, but try to understand what i mean)
I can say for example "this level is overwhelmed with details and spritework, buildings explodes with stupid yellow explosions, to much this stubid red blood and shitty violence, it has logical puzzles which make you think, and that is awfull, i don't like that and that's why level sucks"
or
"Spritework is awesome so so much sprites, ALL EXPLODE!, SUCH GREAT PUZZELS! YES! I LIKE IT GOODAMIT BEST LEVELE EVER YEAH YEAH!"
but better:
"A lot of effort put in spritework, puzzles are quite logical, there are also some explosions in the level, battles require your attention;also there are lack of shadows"
Keep your feelings right inside and your reviews would be great.

Also i recomend you to read this 2 Mikko Sandt's reviews on noobish maps(no harsh and all mistakes mentioned):

there is no need to hurt and blame each other. Death will come for everybody. :)
being not scared of death is not enough. Being also not interested in it is much more higher.
Check for interesting stuff (no shitty posts about how i went to shop etc.)

There is nothing wrong with Forge's posts. Alien4 was actually a decent map, but I can't stand Dev's other maps either. Nothing personal, but those maps were absolutely unplayable. This is not personal insult.

He is not the only one btw. I usually dislike Billy Boy's, Zaxtor's, Puritan's, Davox' and Numan's maps.

He did say that he couldn't pass them without cheating.

Have just played Valhalla. Well ballanced deathmatch map, with good architecture, but lacking in detalization and fine work.
Offers nice gameplay with 2-3 dukebots.

Idea: 5/5
Design(Overall architecture): 8/10
Design(detalisation): 4/10

Played 0jade (Jade Base) circa 23 March 2003 by Devastator. A moon base? style map of medium size. An alright looking map with not alot of detail. The author seems to think one can live on good looks alone due to the severe shortage of health and ammo. The number of enemy fit the map fine, but be sure to conserve every bullet and health point if you want to survive to the end. Had to clip at one point because I haven't figured out how to "crouch" into a small air vent while using a jet pack. Liquid.art is required to play this level, but the level isn't distributed with it ( the download location noted in the text file no longer exists and got no hits from a web search). So I toughed it out and had to deal with the "hall of mirrors" effect in a few rooms. The effect wasn't too bad until the last room where I had to wander about a bit aimlessly until I stumbled across the exit.  I give this a 5 out of 10 (could have been 6 if I didn't have to clip and I could find a copy of liquid.art)

The download location in question does in fact exist; it is this site. The text file contains a typo and should read www.bur.st/~duke3d/ (~ and d interchanged). The art file you're looking for is right here. Only two mouse clicks away from this page. Even Google yields this page as the first result.

Demolition by Devestator for the very first time... I think I have a new favorite map. :)
Ran nicely on 32 bit with SD-Duke.

My Mozilla Firefox Start Page is the Google search. I copied and pasted the exact text from the search you did into the google search engine on my home page and I still didn't get this page as a hit. Google is conspiring against me.

Played 1_bitch circa 30 May 1997 by GregR. A very large base infiltration type map. For such a large map it was well detailed and looked good. This map is packed with enemy, health, and ammo. It's a slug fest almost the entire way. Had some locations where you'd have to backtrack a little to hit the button to drop a force shield wall, but nothing too bad or out of the way. It was a pretty smooth play on a well put together map. I give it an 8 out of 10.
